无痛肠镜下息肉切除术治疗大肠息肉的临床效果分析

摘要目的：观察对于大肠息肉患者应用无痛肠镜下息肉切除术的效果。方法：回顾性分析72例大肠息肉患者的临

床资料，患者均为2023年10月—2024年10月甘肃省嘉峪关市中核四〇四医院收治，按照手术方式的不同分成研究

组（n=36，实施无痛肠镜下大肠息肉切除术）、对照组（n=36，实施常规肠镜下大肠息肉切除术）。对比两组治疗效果。结

果：与对照组相比，研究组手术时间、住院时间及创面愈合时间更短，术后1d视觉模拟评分法评分更低（P＜0.001）。两组

术后1d的平均动脉压、心率比术前高（P＜0.05），但与对照组相比，研究组更低（P＜0.001）。两组术后1d的皮质醇、5-羟

色胺、肿瘤坏死因子-α、C反应蛋白水平均比术前高，但与对照组相比，研究组更低（P＜0.05）。与对照组相比，研究组并

发症发生率更低（P=0.047）。结论：无痛肠镜下息肉切除术治疗大肠息肉的临床效果较好，可改善临床指标，减轻患者疼痛

和应激反应，降低炎性因子水平，减少并发症。
