分析中医临床护理路径对股骨粗隆间骨折患者

术后康复

【摘要】目的：

应用中医护理路径对股骨粗隆间骨折术后功能恢复效果的研究。方法：选择2022年3月—2023年12月汕头

市中医医院骨科收治的120例下肢疾病患者，以其中的62例股骨粗隆间骨折患者为研究对象，采用随机数表法将其分为对照

组（n=31，常规护理）和研究组（n=31，中医临床护理路径），比较两组肢体肿胀与关节肌力、术后康复效果、髋关节功能。结

果：研究组的肢体肿胀程度和关节肌力、髋关节功能等低于对照组，术后康复效果中指标数值均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义

（0.05）。结论：对股骨粗隆间骨折术后患者实施护理措施时，重视中医临床护理路径的实施，效果显著。
