基于妇产科围术期抗菌药物应用的合理性分析

【摘要】目的探究妇产科围术期抗菌药物应用的合理性。方法采用回顾性调查方法,随机抽

取妇产科收治的300例围术期患者,对其抗菌药物的应用进行分析。结果300例患者围术期抗菌药

物预防用药疗程≤24h占比60.00%,24h且≤48h占比10%,48h且≤72h占比16.67%,72h占比

13.33%。预防用药时机主要在术前0.5~1h,占比76.67%；在术前1~2h用药占比13.33%；在术后预防

用药占比10.00%。对300例围术期患者的预防性抗菌药物使用情况进行详细分析,发现主要应用药物

涵盖头孢曲松钠注射液、甲硝唑注射液、替硝唑注射液、阿莫西林钠克拉维酸钾注射液。其中阿莫西

林钠克拉维酸钾注射液的使用频率最高,达63.33%。结论妇产科围术期抗菌药物使用基本合理,但

部分医师在术前用药时机选择上存在不当之处,且术后用药时间普遍过长。因此,加强围术期抗菌药物

使用管理十分重要。
