针刺联合推拿治疗肩周炎的效果分析

摘要目的：分析针刺联合推拿治疗肩周炎的效果。方法：选取2021年1月—2023年12月江门市蓬江区白沙兴盛社

区卫生服务中心收治的肩周炎患者60例作为研究对象，随机分为对照组、研究组，各30例。对照组实施推拿治疗，研究组

在对照组基础上实施针刺治疗。比较两组肩关节功能、疼痛情况、生活质量及炎性因子水平。结果：治疗后，两组加州大

学肩关节评分系统评分升高，视觉模拟评分法评分降低，且研究组改善幅度大于对照组（P＜0.001）。治疗后，两组日常生

活活动能力量表评分升高，C反应蛋白、白细胞计数水平降低，且研究组改善幅度大于对照组（P＜0.001）。结论：针刺联

合推拿治疗肩周炎的效果显著，可改善患者肩关节功能，减轻疼痛和炎性反应，提高生活质量。

Atotalof60patientswithshoulderperiarthritiswhowereadmittedtoJiangmenCityPengjiangDistrictBaishaXingsheng

CommunityHealthServiceCenterfromJanuary2021toDecember2023wereselectedasthestudysubjects.Theywererandomly

dividedintothecontrolgroupandthestudygroup,with30casesineachgroup.Thecontrolgroupwastreatedwithmassage,and

thestudygroupwastreatedwithacupunctureonthebasisofthecontrolgroup.Theshoulderjointfunction,pain,qualityoflifeand

levelsofinflammatoryfactorswerecomparedbetweenthetwogroups.Results:Aftertreatment,theUniversityofCaliforniaatLos

Angelesshoulderscoresincreasedandthevisualanaloguescalescoresdecreasedinthetwogroups,andtheimprovementinthe

studygroupwasgreaterthanthatinthecontrolgroup(P0.001).Aftertreatment,thescoresofactivitiesofdailylivingscale

increased,andthelevelsofC-reactiveproteinandwhitebloodcellcountdecreasedinthetwogroups,andtheimprovementinthe

studygroupwasgreaterthanthatinthecontrolgroup(P0.001).
