手术室保温护理预防剖宫产产妇术后低体温的效果分析

摘要目的：探讨手术室保温护理预防剖宫产产妇术后低体温的效果。方法：选取2023年6月—2024年6月于锦屏县

妇幼保健院行剖宫产的产妇60例作为研究对象，随机分为两组。对照组（n=30）采用常规护理，观察组（n=30）采用手术室

保温护理。对比两组干预效果。结果：手术10min、手术20min、手术结束时，观察组体温高于对照组，低体温发生率

低于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组护理满意度高于对照组（P=0.044）。出生后1、5min，观察组新生儿Apgar评分高于对照组

（P＜0.001）。结论：手术室保温护理不仅能有效预防剖宫产产妇术后低体温，还能改善新生儿状态。

AbstractObjective:Toexploretheeffectofoperatingroomthermalinsulationnursingonpreventingpostoperativehypothermia

MaternalandChildHealthHospitalfromJune2023toJune2024wereselectedasthestudysubjectsandrandomlydividedinto

twogroups.Thecontrolgroup(n=30)wasgivenroutinenursing,andtheobservationgroup(n=30)wasgivenoperatingroom

thermalinsulationnursing.Theinterventioneffectsofthetwogroupswerecompared.Results:At10minofsurgery,20minof

surgeryandtheendofsurgery,thebodytemperatureintheobservationgroupwashigherthanthatinthecontrolgroup,andthe

incidenceofhypothermiaintheobservationgroupwaslowerthanthatinthecontrolgroup(P0.05).Thenursingsatisfactionin

theobservationgroupwashigherthanthatinthecontrolgroup(P=0.044).At1minand5minafterbirth,theneonatalApgar

scoresintheobservationgroupwerehigherthanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P0.001).Conclusion:Operatingroomthermal
