内热针+针灸理疗治疗颈源性头痛的临床疗效分析

【摘要】目的分析对颈源性头痛患者应用内热针+针灸理疗治疗的效果。方法选取70例颈源

性头痛患者为观察对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组行针灸理疗治疗,观察组行内

热针+针灸理疗治疗。对比两组患者临床疗效、头痛持续时间与发作频率及生活质量评分。结果观

察组总有效率97.14%较对照组的82.86%更高,差异显著(P0.05)。观察组治疗后1、3周头痛持续时

间(3.54±1.02)、(1.59±0.48)h/次短于对照组的(4.08±1.11)、(2.51±0.39)h/次,头痛发作频率(3.75±1.05)、

(2.13±0.15)次/周少于对照组的(4.38±1.04)、(2.71±0.16)次/周,差异显著(P0.05)。观察组精神健

康、生理职能、躯体疼痛、社会功能评分分别为(76.74±2.68)、(75.07±2.23)、(77.63±2.77)、(76.32±

2.26)分,均高于对照组的(72.23±2.17)、(71.29±2.38)、(73.19±2.69)、(72.47±2.59)分,差异显著(P0.05)。

结论颈源性头痛患者接受针灸理疗的同时增加内热针治疗可全面提升临床疗效,缩短头痛时间,减少

头痛发作频率,促进生活质量水平的提升,具有较高的应用价值。
