【摘要】通过剖析试制阶段制造的试验车辆顶盖出现裂纹的现象，找出其产生的根本原因是焊接结构胶失效导致。进一步分析了焊接结构胶的原理及导致焊接结构胶失效的因素，提出了有效解决在白车身试制中焊接结构胶失效的方法，并在实际造车中得到验证是可行的。

【Abstract】Byanalyzingthecrackonthetopoftestedvehiclebuiltduringpre-prototypebuild-ingphase,wefindtheultimatereasonisthatweldingstructureglueisinvalidation.Andbyfurtheran-alyzingtheweldingstructuregluetheoryandthefactorofinvalidatingtheweldingstructureglue,themethodthatcansolvetheinvalidationoftheweldstructureisputforward.Themethodisviableprovedby
