有害元素对攀钢高炉的危害分析

摘 要 : 分析了锌和碱金属等有害元素在炉内行为和攀钢高炉结瘤物成分及有害元素走向,揭示了有害元素对攀
钢钒钛磁铁矿高炉冶炼产生的危害 ,锌对攀钢高炉已经产生危害 ,而碱金属 目前未对高炉产生不良影响 ,但随着炉
料结构的变化不容忽视 ,并提出了相应的应对措施 。

Abstract : The behavior and di st ribution in p ro duct s and byp roduct s of det riment al element s , such a s zinc and alkali
met al s in bla st furnaces were st udied . The compo sition s of accretion s in blast furnaces were analyzed . The result s
show t hat det riment al element s i s bad to blast furnaces. The damages of zinc to bla st furnaces were found . Wit h t he
changes in t he st ruct ure of bur den , t he effect s of alkali met al s on bla st furnaces , which had not adver se imp act s on
bla st furnaces until now , could not be ignored , and t he corresponding measures were p ut forwar d .
