题 目： 易拉式罐盖垫的自动上料机构的设计 姓 名： 班级学号： 指导教师： 摘 要 随着科学技术的发展，以及包装业的发展以及针对目前市场上所使用的瓶盖，特别是酒类所用的瓶盖更是开启不方便，因此不少厂家生产出了一种易拉式瓶盖。本课题是针对目前市场上所使用的一种易拉式瓶盖，准备研究一种拉盖与垫的送料与定位器以解决目前此种瓶盖的问题。 本设计主要是在指导老师的帮助下，应用自己所设计的凸轮定位器来完成瓶盖与垫定位压紧设计的主要部分，其中包括链板式输送机来输送拉盖，凸轮定位器定位，共同为下一步与拉盖垫片的组合提供准确定位。设计了一个转盘型孔式定向机构来完成瓶垫的开口方向的分选。再通过输送管来控制瓶垫的翻转。此时就可以通过拨盘来进行送料。 设计工作所取得的主要成果有以下几个方面： 1.完成垫片的输送与定位的方案制定。 2.完成拉盖定位器的方案制定； 3.完成瓶垫的开口方向的分选以及翻转控制的方案制定。 4.完成瓶垫送料机构的方案制定； 5.给出机构所需的各部分零件的结构设计、受力分析、运动分析和计算； 6.用AUTOCAD2004中文版完成机构设计的计算机绘图。 本设计的应用价值是能给目前易拉式瓶盖的生产厂家提供一些拉盖与垫片的自动送料与定位方面的启发，也可以作为正式的设计被采用而应用于现实生产。 关键词 易拉式瓶盖；凸轮定位器；板式输送链；AUTOCAD Abstract Along with the technical development of science, and the development of the packing industry and aim at currently on the market a cover use, especially a cover that wet goods use is also to open inconvenient, so not a few factories house produced a kind of easily the pull type bottle cover。This topic is to aim at currently on the market use a kind of easily the pull type bottle cover, preparing to study a kind of pull the cover and mats to position the machine to resolve the this kind bottle cover currently of fixed position problem.
