基于高科技企业员工激励的内部创业机制研究 摘 要 自20世纪80年代,特别是21世纪以来,全球创业活动不断拓展,已从个体创业,发展到企业内部创业,进而拓展到整个社会的创业。创业研究引起了全球广泛的关注,特别是企业内部创业已成为关注的热点。但是,目前对于企业内部创业,公司体制存在什么样的障碍,应如何建立企业内部创业机制等问题的研究还比较少。在经济全球化的浪潮冲击下,我国高科技企业也开始尝试鼓励员工进行内部创业,但是如何激发员工的创新精神,建立更加适合企业内部创业的机制就成为一个亟待解决的问题。因此对我国科技企业内部创业的研究就显得十分重要,具有一定的学术价值及社会价值,这就是本文写作的目的。本文在前人研究的基础上,先介绍了高科技企业员工的特点及目前对其激励存在的问题,接着对企业内部创业的基本内涵进行阐述,探讨了内部创业对高科技企业员工的激励作用,而后介绍了两个高科技企业内部创业的案例并进行比较,借鉴其成功之处。最后提出了构建高科技企业内部创业机制的模型以促进我国高科技企业的持续发展。 关键词:高科技企业员工,激励,内部创业,创业机制 A survey into the mechanism of intrapreneuring based on the staff motivation inside the high-tech enterprises Abstract The global entrepreneurship has expanded continually from 1980s, especially from twenty-one century, which has developed from individual entrepreneurship to intrapreneurship, then proceed to the total social entrepreneurship. The research of entrepreneurship has attracted the widespread attention all over the world. Especially intrapreneurship has become a hot spot of peoples’ attention. But now there is less research on obstacle of corporation system for intrapreneurship, and how to establish the mechanism of intrapreneurship. Hilted by the wave of economy globalization, our high-tech enterprises are also attempt to encourage staff to intrapreneurship, but how to promote innovation spirit of staff, as well as how to establish the mechanism which is more adapt to intrapreneurship have become a question which should be settled immediately. So it’s very important to research the intrapreneurship of our high-tech enterprises, which has academic value and social value to some degree, and this is my purpose to write. This article which based on the forefathers’ research, first introduced the characteristics of scientific and technical personnel and the present problem of their motivation, then expounded the basically denotative of intrapreneurship, and discussed the motivation in the high-tech intrapreneurship, afterwards, this article introduced two examples about high-tech enterpris
