???????????????????? 作者：龚人爱 邵志华 姜忠于 余志红 陈宁【摘要】? 目的：观察养阴清肺解毒法配合伽玛刀治疗中、晚期非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效。方法：确诊为?、?期非小细胞肺癌61例，随机分为两组，对照组30例，采用伽玛刀治疗和对症处理；观察组31例，在上述治疗基础上加用中医养阴清肺解毒法辨证施治。3个月后观察癌瘤病灶变化情况、生存质量(kps评分)、临床症状改善情况。结果：观察组瘤体缓解率(cr+pr)33．33％，稳定率(cr+pr+nc)93．33％；对照组分别为20．69％、93．10％；两组癌瘤病灶变化情况无明显差异。kps评分提高率分别为73．33％、24．14％，两组比较差异有显著性意义(p 0．01)；观察组在改善咳嗽、气急、咳痰、胃纳、乏力、口干症状方面优于对照组。结论：养阴清肺解毒法配合伽玛刀治疗中、晚期非小细胞肺癌，有助于稳定病灶，提高患者生存质量，改善临床症状。 【关键词】? 非小细胞肺癌 养阴清肺解毒法 伽玛刀 ??? abstract? objective:to observe the short?term therapeutic efficacy of nourishing yin and clearing lung?heat combined with body gamma?knife in patients with non?small cell lung cancer (nsclc) at stage ? and ?. methods:sixty?one cases with advanced nsclc confirmed histologically or cytologically were randomly assigned to a control group (30 cases) with body gamma?knife radiotherapy alone and a treatment group (31 cases) treated with the tcm method in addition to the radiotherapy. tumor size, quality of life (karnofskv scores), clinical symptom reaction and adverse reaction were observed after 3 months therapy. results:the overall response rate (cr+pr) and tumor stabilization rates (cr+pr+nc) were 33.33% and 93.33% in the control group and 20.69% and 93.10% in the treatment group(p 0.05).the karnofskv scores improved 24.14% and 73.33% in the control and treatment groups, respectively (p 0.01). the clinical symptoms such as cough, short breath, anorexia, fatigue, and dry mouth were improved better in the treatment group compared to the control group. conclusion:the method of nourishing yin and clearing lung?heat combined with body gamma?knife in the treatment of advanced nsclc can stabilize the tumor, relief the clinical symptoms and greatly improve the quality of life. ??? key words? non small?cell lung cancer? nourishing yin and clearing lung heat? body gamma?knife ??? 非小细胞肺癌(non?small cell lung cancer,nsclc)约占肺癌的80％，其中?、?期nsclc约占70％。由于肿瘤早期没有特异性症状，临床发现时大多已至晚期，失去手术时机。近年来，我院采用伽玛刀治疗nsclc近期疗效确切。为进一步提高患者生存质量，改善临床症状，我们采用中药养阴清肺解毒法配合伽玛刀治疗nsclc，
