一氧化碳自排与高温报警系统 摘要 一氧化碳具有毒性，一旦进入人体，会和血液中的血红蛋白结合，引起机体组织出现缺氧，导致人体窒息死亡。在通常状况下，一氧化碳是无色、无臭、无味的气体，故易于忽略而致中毒。 一氧化碳自排与高温报警系统为智能化系统，可自动排出环境中不易被人察觉的一氧化碳。当环境中一氧化碳浓度过高时，可自动触发排风装置，将环境中混有过量一氧化碳的空气排出，从而保障了人的安全与健康，并解除了一氧化碳爆炸的隐患。此外，本系统中含有高温报警装置，不但可以实时显示环境温度，而且，当环境温度过高，可能引起火灾及其他隐患时，报警器会发出尖锐的报警声，以便人觉察并做出及时处理。 本文所做的主要工作为： 1、考虑了工业及家居方面的市场需求，设计了一氧化碳自排与高温报警系统。在设计中选用了89C52处理器，主要由基于单片机的主控模块、CO传感器及A/D转换模块、电磁式继电器及风扇模块、温度传感器、蜂鸣器及LCD显示模块几个部分组成。 2、建立了52单片机系统的平台和开发环境。主要包括各模块的传输信号处理与控制程序的编写。 3、完成了周边电路的设计，实现了模块的各自功能与模块间的工作配合。 本文完成了一氧化碳自排与高温报警系统的硬件设计和程序设计，并进行了调试，验证了所设计的有效性和实用性。实验结果表明该系统的设计方法是可行的，且整个系统具有良好的通用性和可扩展性。 ABSTRACT CO is a kind of toxic gas. Once entering the body, it will combine with the hemoglobin in the blood, causing tissues lack of oxygen, resulting in death of suffocation. Under normal circumstances, CO is colorless, odorless and tasteless gas, which is easy to overlook, resulting in poisoning. The CO Automatic Exhausting and High-Temperature Alarm System can automatically discharge the CO in the environment which cannot easily be detected. When the CO concentration in the environment is too high, the exhaust device can be automatically triggered to discharge the air mixed with excessive CO, thus ensuring peoples safety and health, and lifting the hidden dangers of CO explosion. In addition, the system includes high-temperature alarm device. It not only can display real-time temperature, and when the temperature is too high, possibly causing fire and other danger, the alarm will issue a sharp warning sound effectively for people to perceive and then they may make a timely response. In this paper, major work is as follows: 1、 Taking into account aspects of industrial and domestic market demand, the CO Automatic Exhausting and High-Temperature Alarm System has been designed. 89C52 MCU was chosen in the design and the system was mainly composed of MCU control module, CO sensor and A / D converter module, electromagnetic relays and fan modules, temper
