浅议劳动合同法对中小企业薪酬管理的影响及应对措施 摘 要:一年多来,。经过3年的发展,中小企业取得重要成就,成为我国经济社会发展中的重要力量。鉴于中小企业在我国市场经济中占有重要地位,许多专家学者纷纷进行了研究。分析劳动合同法对中小企业薪酬管理的影响,以及结合所学的薪酬管理提出有效的应对措施,以便在新形势下给中小企业如何改进薪酬管理提供一些参考。 关键词:劳动合同法;中小企业;薪酬管理 Labor Contract Law to Salary Management of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises and Their Counter-measures Abstract:Sinceabor contract law was put into effect more than one year ago, it has a profound effect on all kinds of Chinese enterprises, especially those small and medium-sized enterprises which remain to be perfected. In the past 30 years, great progresses have taken place in small and medium-sized enterprises, which also have become a great force in Chinese economic and social development. Because small and medium-sized enterprises occupy the important position in Chinese market economy, many experts and scholars make some researches on the influence of the labor contract law to salary management of small and medium-sized enterprises one after another. Then, what does the labor contract law impact on salary management of small and medium-sized enterprises after all? And how should those small and medium-sized enterprises respond to all these? To take into account salary management plays an important role in human resource management, the paper, due to space lacks, concentrates on analyzing the influence of labor contract law to salary management of small and medium-sized enterprises, and put forward effective countermeasures, combined with salary management theory taken. So they will provide some useful information on how to improve salary management for their reference under these new circumstances.
