There are offices and meeting rooms mainly in this building. The distribution of the floors is that 7 floors are above ground. Height of the first floor is 3.6m, each of floors from the second to sixth is 3.3m, and the seventh floor is 3.6m. The total construction area is about 4016.68㎡. This project is located in Shanghai where the longitude is 121°27′, latitude is 31°24′, and 5.5m above sea level. The design of this task includes central air conditioning system and ventilation of the building. The central air conditioning system design requirements to achieve cooling for summer and winter heating, and should meet the requirements for human comfort. The whole offices, meeting rooms, halls of this building all use semi-centralized-control of air - water system. Air system is designed of primary air fan-coil system, and it could keep the indoor air fresh and comfortable. The air conditioning unit plant room will be put on the roof.
