中小企业文化建设策略研究
摘要:21世纪是文化经济时代,在新国际市场竞争形势下,企业间的竞争表现为文化的竞争。文化成为推动企业发展的动力,成为企业竞争力的基石。目前,我国中小企业对企业的文化建设普遍重视不够,还存在着一些误区,不及时解决这些问题势必会影响其健康持续发展,也将影响其参与新经济时代企业间的合作与竞争能力。本文通过对中小企业文化建设的必要性出发,对现在我国中小企业文化建设中存在的问题进行分析,提出了中小企业文化建设的对策建议,以发挥企业文化的积极作用,提高中小企业的核心竞争力。
