The paper discusses in detail the development and design process of the internal management of headhunter company management software. It uses JSP as the development technology, Tomcat as the container, SQL Server 2000 as the database management system, and includes common modules, users login module, homepage, company news module, company announcement, users data management, query module, staff management, salaries management, etc..
