TV, as an important aspect of viewers’ spiritual nourishment, to analyze the value and significance of representative works is particularly important. American TV in our country are so favorable and the people on the domestic drama set in cold. From this an cushy perspective of TV to analyze the reasons for the phenomenon is a topic combines practical with interesting. This thesis focus on the theme selection, characterization, plot and other differences for a television show between China and the U.S., the use of more commonly-used method of analysis which reflects the values and ambition of their culture.
