南瓜茎·叶·花中黄酮类化合物含量的初步研究

摘要 南瓜茎、叶、花中总黄酮的提取和测定表明，南瓜花中黄酮类化合物含量最高为3 .04 % ，叶和嫩茎含量分别为2 .51 % 和 1 .36 % 。
