摘　　要 本文介绍了如何利用模特法对检验工序制定工时定额及基于工序的工艺成本研究，阐述了利用EXCEL建立成本估算方法系列化与标准化模型的过程。本次设计的初期先对工厂里的工人进行检验动作的记录与分析，找出其无法高效工作的原因，而后对其进行动作研究，找出有问题的地方并加以改善。研究主要分为工时定额的制定和工艺成本的估算两部分。在两者相结合的情况下，努力使车间里的管理达到降低成本，提高效率的目的。为了能够使工业工程学生全面的了解工业工程这个专业，此次研究以模特法为时间研究的主要手段，通过对现场录像的反复分析，结合模特法的动素语言制定标准工时定额。基于制定的标准工时定额和现场设备基本参数，完成基于工序的工艺成本研究，估算此道工序的工艺成本。本次研究力图使研究人员掌握工业工程基本工具——模特法，和现场工艺管理中的成本控制技术，并可在实际运用中将该方法应用于实验科研和现场改善中。 关键词：模特法 工艺成本 动作研究 工时定额 ABSTRACT This paper introduces how to use the model law on the inspection process labor time standard formulated based on the technology of the process and cost research, this paper expounds the use of EXCEL establish cost estimation method and the process of standardized series of the model.
