学校名称 毕业设计（论文） 题目：带式输送线PLC的控制 姓 名 学 院 专 业 指导教师 职 称 年 月 日 摘 要 随着工业自动化的发展和普及，带式输送线是连续输送线的一种，并且应用越来越广泛。它即可以运送散状物料，也可以运送成件物品。它在工作过程中噪音较小，结构简单。它也可用于水平或倾斜运输，还应用于装船机、卸船机、堆取料机等连续运输移动机械上。其运输特点是形成装载点到装载点之间的连续物料流，依靠连续物料流的整体运动来完成从装载点到卸载点的输送。 可编程序控制器（programmable controller），是以微处理器为基础，综合了计算机技术、半导体集成技术、自动控制技术、数字技术、通信网络技术等发展起来的一种通用的工业自动控制装置。以其显著的优点在冶金、化工、交通、电力等领域获得了广泛的应用，成为了现代工业控制支柱之一。 本课题应用PLC程序控制电动机实现传送带的运转，使带式输送线在正常起动、正常停机、故障停机和故障后起动时各个电动机按照不同的要求以一定的顺序完成从装载点到卸载点的输送过程；最后应用S7-200仿真软件对其程序进行了仿真，同时应用组态王6.55软件对四种不同情况下的画面进行了模拟。 关键词：带式输送线；可编程控制器（PLC）；梯形图；组态王；仿真 ABSTRACT With the development and popularization of industrial automation, belt conveyor line is continuous conveying a kind of line, and more widely.
