摘 要 本文简略说明了无缝钢管无损检测的方法，主要记录了此次设计无缝钢管探伤机驱动装置的设计过程，对今后设计类似驱动装置有一定的参考作用。 本文清楚地说明了无缝钢管探伤机驱动装置的动力系统及流程，主要研究了从机架到轴承的设计选择过程。而且清楚地说明了各个零部件的选用原则和方法，对其中需要计算的部分有详细的公式给出。而且每个标准都是严格参照相关手册选择，有较高的参考价值。 整个设计的重点在于选择托起无缝钢管的方案。本文创新选择只使用一个液压缸，利用杠杆机构来同时实现待检测无缝钢管和已检测无缝钢管的升起降落。理论上，该套设备能够满足无缝钢管从进料到检测到出料整个过程的各个要求，各个参数都能与无缝钢管探伤机其他装置相匹配。 关键词：无缝钢管；探伤机；驱动装置； Abstract This article briefly describes methods of the nondestructive detecting of seamless steel pipes; it primarily records the design process of the driving machine of detecting equipment of seamless steel pipes. This article could be referred by those who need to design equipments which are similar to this one. This article clearly illustrates the driving system and process of the nondestructive detecting of seamless steel pipes; it has a major study of the process of design and selection from the frame of the equipment to bearings. Whats more, this paper clearly shows principles and methods of selecting components of the driving machine, in which, some parts which need to be calculated have been given detailed formulas. Each related standards had strictly selected from related manuals selection. In brief, this article has a high value of reference. The focus of the design lies in the selection of holding up seamless program. This article chooses to use a hydraulic cylinder instead of two, and it uses a linkage mechanism to make it possible of rising a detected seamless steel pipe be while landing a seamless steel pipe which is waiting for detection. In theory, this equipment can satisfy the various requirements throughout the process of feeding and detecting and unloading seamless steel pipes, each parameter can be matched with other machine of detecting equipment of seamless steel pipe. Key words: seamless steel pipe; driving machine; detecting equipment 1 绪论 无缝钢管是一种具有中空断面且长度与周长之比较大的钢材。在当今工业技术中，无缝钢管在许多实际应用中发挥着重要的作用。它们主要用于输送液体,能够依照各种用途由各种各样的材料制成，而且尺寸也可以随意而定。无缝钢管作为基本结构元素在建筑、桥梁、汽车和航空工业中被广泛使用。由于有着很高的经济性和适用性，无缝钢管还广泛用于制造结构类机械零件，如石油钻杆、汽车传动轴
