  凋亡相关蛋白 Bcl-x1 在舌鳞状细胞癌中的 表达及意义# 张凯亮，王飞，雷飞，杨兰* 5 10 15 20 25 30 35 40 （兰州大学口腔医学院，兰州 730000） 摘要：目的 研究凋亡相关蛋白 B 细胞淋巴瘤/白血病－xl( B cell lymphoma/leukemia－xl， Bcl－xl) 在舌鳞状细胞癌中的表达及意义。方法 用免疫组织化学 SP 法检测 56 例口腔舌鳞 状细胞癌组织中 Bcl－xl 的表达，结合临床病理分级进行统计学分析。结果 Bcl－xl 蛋白表 达水平在舌鳞状细胞癌组织中明显高于正常舌体组织(P0.05)，与舌鳞状细胞癌的分化程度 呈正相关 P0.05)，与肿瘤恶性程度呈负相关(P0.05)，与 TNM 分期呈正相关(P0.05)。有 淋巴结转移的口腔舌鳞状细胞癌组织中 Bcl－ xl 蛋白表达明显高于无淋巴结转移者 (P0.05)。Bcl－xl 蛋白的表达与患者的年龄、性别及肿瘤大小无明显相关(P0.05)。结论 Bcl －xl 蛋白表达可能与舌鳞状细胞癌的发生、发展、分化程度、临床分期及淋巴结转移有关， 有望成为舌鳞状细胞癌诊断和治疗的新指标。 关键词：舌鳞状细胞癌；B 细胞淋巴瘤/白血病－xl；免疫组织化学 中图分类号：Ｒ７８３.１ The expression and significance of apoptosis-related proteins Bcl-xl in squamous cell carcinoma of the tongue ZHANG Kailiang, WANG Fei, LEI Fei, YANG Lan (School of stomatology,Lanzhou University, LanZhou 730000) Abstract: Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of apoptosis-related proteins Bcl－xl in squamous cell carcinoma of the tongue.Methods: SP immunohistochemical analysis was performed on tissues in 56 patients with tongue squamous cell carcinoma and statistical analysis combined with pathological manifestations was also used. Results: The apoptosis-related protein expression significantly increased in tongue squamous cell carcinoma compared with that in normal tongue tissue (P 0.05), and the expression was positively correlated with differentiation of carcinoma cell and the metastasis ,but negatively correlated with degree of malignancy.Compared with non lymph node metastasis,Bcl-xl protein expression significantly higher in lymph node involvement(P0.05). And the expression was not significantly correlated with age, gender and tumor size(P 0.05) .Conclusion: These results suggest that Bcl-xl protein expression may influence the occurrence and development of tongue squamous cell carcinoma, and correlate with its degree of differentiation,clinical stage and lymph node metastasis .It may be a potential new indicator for the diagnosis and treatment for tongue squamous cell carcinoma.
