跨国石化公司在华直接投资分析 摘 要 石化业是我国的支柱产业之一，也是跨国公司在我国进行国际直接投资的 重要领域。近年来，跨国石化公司在华直接投资呈现全面铺开之势，跨国石化 公司已逐渐成为我国石化市场主体的重要组成部分之一。 本文首先概述了跨国石化公司在华直接投资的现状，并归纳出其在投资方 式、投资力度和投资领域、投资项目和投资布局等方面所呈现出的新特点。其 次，运用 OLI 理论和垄断优势理论，对跨国石化公司在华直接投资的原因进行 了解释，主要从内因和外因两方面入手，用 OLI 理论中的区位优势理论解释了 跨国石化公司选择在我国直接投资的外部因素是，中国自身具备了一定的比较 优势；同时用垄断优势理论解释了跨国石化公司在华直接投资的内部因素是其 自身具有技术、规模等方面的比较优势。再次，从技术溢出效应、就业拉动效 应、市场竞争等方面探讨了跨国石化公司在华直接投资所产生的影响。最后， 针对我国石化业如何应对机遇与挑战提出了相关建议。 关键词: 跨国石化公司，外国直接投资，原因分析，影响分析 I 跨国石化公司在华直接投资分析 Abstract Petrochemical industry is one of the pillar industries in China, on which the trans-corporations carry the important field of the international direct investment in our country. In recent years, the international direct investment of the transnational petrochemical corporations has taken the overall pavement situation. And the transnational petrochemical corporations have become one of the important parts of the mainstay in the petrochemical market in our country. First of all ，the thesis gives a summary which is about the present situation of transnational petrochemical corporations carrying on international direct investment in China. And it also sums up the new characteristics in many aspects, such as the investment way, the investment dynamics and field, investment project and the layout, and so on. Secondly ，utilizing the theory of OLI and monopoly advantage, the thesis explains the cause of the transnational petrochemical corporations’ international direct investment in China. It mainly starts with the internal cause and external cause. Utilizing the position advantage theory of the OLI theory,
