9 #住宅楼施工图预算的编制摘要 施工图预算是指根据施工图纸、现行预算定额、费用定额以及地区设备、材料、人工、施工机械台班等预算价格编制和确定工程建设费用的技术经济。本设计采用工料单价法对000000000009 #住宅楼进行施工图预算的编制。结构形式采用剪力墙结构。基础形式为，钢筋混凝土筏板基础，地基采用CFG复合地基，建筑高度34.05米，建筑面积11751.77平方米。依据000000000009#住宅楼建筑、结构施工图纸，按照施工图预算书的编制程序，遵循2008《河北省消耗量定额工程量计算规则》，并套用2008《全国统一建筑工程基础定额河北省消耗量定额》和2008《全国统一建筑装饰装修工程消耗量定额河北省消耗量定额》编制出来一套施工图预算书。首先根据定额项目划分的顺序进行相应工程量计算，然后套用定额，并将计算成果录入计价软件，导出需要的表格，得出工程造价。 关键词：施工图预算定额 工程造价 stablishment of Tangshan Rong He Garden 9 # Residential Building Working Drawing Budget Abstract Working drawing budget is the technical and economic document in order to establish and determine the cost of the project based on the construction drawing ,the current budget quota, expense standard and regional equipments, materials, labors, mechanical availability and so on. The design uses unit price method establishing the budget of the Tangshan Rong He Garden 9# residential building. The structure of the project is the shear wall with the reinforced concrete raft foundation and CFG composite foundation. The building heights 34.05 m and the construction area is 11751.77 m2.The design outcome is a written estimate based on the building and structural construction drawings of the Tangshan Rong He Garden 9 # residential building according to the establish procedure of the construction drawing budget, following 2008 Hebei Province Consumption Fixed Quantity Computation Rule and appling “HEBGYD-A-2008” and “HEBGYD-B-2008”. First of all, calculate the corresponding quantity according to the order . Then input the quantity to the computer geting the necessary tables under the help of the pricing software. At last, we will have the construction estimate.
