PAGE 毕业设计(论文) 题 目： 高校教师心理契约问题研究 高校教师心理契约问题研究 【摘要】 高校作为传承人类文明的载体，是现代知识经济社会发展的重要推动力，知识经济的发展给我国的高等教育带来了严峻的挑战。“百年大计，教育为本。教育大计，教师为本，”高校教师的竞争力将直接影响到一所高校的教育质量。高校教师这个群体有着独特的个性特征与职业特点，再加上社会对该职业的要求标准不断变化与提高，使用和普通工作者一样雇佣契约及外在激励对激发高校教师的工作热情和创造力方面显然很难起到理想的效果。而通过研究教师的心理契约，可以充分了解教师对学校组织的期望，提高教师对自身义务的认知程度，在有效的吸引、保留、激励优秀教师的同时还能提高教师的工作积极性和工作绩效。 本文分析了高校教师这一人才资源的个性特征和需求特点，强调了在高校教师管理中引入心理契约的必要性和重要性。在心理契约理论综述的基础上，采用了理论和实际相结合的方法，通过发放心理契约调查问卷和对部分高校管理者进行访谈，了解高校教师对学校组织责任和义务的具体期望，以及他们对自身和学校双方各自责任履行情况的认知。在总结分析研究结果的基础上，分别从学校组织管理和教师自我管理两个层面提出在高校教师管理中建立良好的心理契约的措施。 【关键词】 高校教师，高校组织，心理契约，管理 University teachers psychological contract research 【Abstract】 College as inheriting carrier of human civilization, is an important impetus of economic and social development, the development of knowledge economy brought serious challenges to Chinese higher education.
