However, due to objective conditions and their own limitations, such as the development in a relatively short time, relatively weak force, there is some problems with the management system, internal mechanism and management ideas. All these problems cause the waste of private enterprise resource, lower economic efficiency and short enterprise life. In view of this, many experts and scholars put forward many ideas and methods with the continuing research and exploration. Aiming at the problem of private enterprises in different development sections, this article puts forward the corresponding countermeasures emphatically from the view of enterprise financial management. As the development of modern information technology, changing international financial environment and the fierce international market competition, the development of private enterprises under greater pressure. In order to adapt to changing circumstances, Financial management should actively use new technology , new methods and vision to assess the risk and provide accurate decision-making information for enterprise.
