我国高速公路建设项目投融风险及其防范 摘要 高速公路作为现代化的一项重要基础设施，充分体现了一个国家的经济建设水平。为保证我国高速公路建设的顺利进行与资金有效利用，对高速公路项目投融资风险展开全面系统的研究，就显得十分必要。本文基于高速公路建设项目投融资风险的理论基础，分析了高速公路投融资风险的管理模式，结合投融风险的表现，从宏观上，针对本课题，提出了建立相关管理模式与防范机制的建议；从微观上，根据中国国情和工程项目的实际，提供防范该投融风险的具体手段与解决措施的参考。 关键词：高速公路；项目投融资；投融风险；防范措施 THE RISK OF CHINESE HIGHWAY INVESTMENT AND FINANCING AND ITS PREVENTION ABSTRACT As an important infrastructure of modern highway, fully embodies the economic development and the development level of a country. The national Twelfth Five-Year Plan proposed highway shall be in accordance with the principle of moderate advance development, it is necessary to systematically research the investment and financing of highway projects. In this paper, the financing situation and problems existing in Chinas highway construction projects based on the problems, learning from the foreign highway investment and financing mode and risk management mode, to the highway project in China at the stage of the investment risk are analyzed, combined with characteristic of invest and financing risks, from the macro, in view of the highway project investment the problem risk, proposes the establishment of relevant management and prevention；from the micro, according to Chinas national conditions and practical engineering project, provides the specific means the investment risk prevention and solution measures reference.
