2013届毕业设计说明书 CA6140车床后托架加工工艺及 夹具三维设计 院 、 部： 机械工程学院 专 业： 机械设计制造及其自动化 班 级： 机本0905班 完成时间： 2013年6月 摘 要 机械加工工艺是用机械加工的方法改变毛坯的形状、尺寸、相对位置和性质使其成为合格零件的全过程，是实现产品设计，保证产品质量，节约能源，降低消耗的重要手段，是工人进行加工的一个依据。本课题研究CA6140车床后托架加工工艺规程，首先通过对零件图的分析，了解工件的结构形式，明确了具体的技术要求，从而对工件各组成表面选择合适的加工方法。再拟订较为合理的工艺规程，充分体现质量、生产率和经济性的统一。 机床夹具是在金属切削机床上使用的夹具统称。在现代生产中，机床夹具是一种不可缺少的工艺装备，它直接影响着机械制造加工工艺精度、劳动生产率和产品的制造成本等，故机床夹具设计在企业的产品设计和制造以及生产技术准备中占有极其重要的地位。机床夹具设计是一项重要的技术工作，是工艺装备设计中的一个重要组成部分。 本课题在设计的过程当中，遵循创新原则、安全原则、技术经济原则、工艺性原则、维护性原则的基本要求，并通过多方面进行调查研究以及吸取各方面经验，所制定出来的合理的、具体的设计方案。 关键词： 产品设计;后托架;机械加工工艺;机床夹具 ABSTRACT The machining process is blank machining method to change the shape, size, relative position and the nature of the whole process of making it a good part, is an important means to achieve product design, to ensure product quality, save energy and reduce consumption, workers a basis for processing.
