Therefore, the process of needle-punched geotextile is of great significance for the design performance geotextile. The purpose of this research is to experiment on the computer to determine the best in the production of needle-punched geotextile opening, blending, carding, lapping, and needling process. The content of this research project is the selection of raw materials from the fiber to the experiments of needlepunched nonwoven fabric production line, mainly fixed-line preparation process and the needling process, and when the density of the same needle change the needle depth, and prepared to change the needle density products in the same depth. Finally, the product performance testing, analysis of the impact of changes in process parameters on the mechanics and permeability performance, and determine the optimal process parameters. The results show that the curtain speed lapper 26HZ (7.35m/min), under the curtain speed 26HZ (7.35m/min), spiked lattice speed 1.75HZ (0.306m/min), the needle density of 250 stab / cmneedling depth of 8mm, achieve superior performance.
