PAGE 摘 要 2－氨基－4－硝基苯酚－6－磺酸是一种重要的染料中间体，主要用于制造M型活性染料和酸性染料，在染坊工业有着巨大的应用价值。实验以4－硝基氯苯－2－磺酸为原料，经硝化、碱性水解、选择性还原等反应成功制备了2－氨基－4－硝基苯酚－6－磺酸，通过FT-IR、1H-NMR和MS等检测所制备的最终产物，结果与目标产物一致。 研究了反应条件的影响，在优化条件下，总收率为16.6%。该合成方案具有路线短、污染小、易实现等优点。 关键词：染料中间体；硝化反应；碱性水解；选择性还原;优化条件 Abstract 2 - amino -4 - nitrophenol -6 - acid is an important dye intermediates, which is mainly used in the manufacture of M-reactive dye and acid dye.
