专科毕业设计（论文）设计题目： 基于PLC控制的全自动物料分拣系统设计 系 部： 电气工程系 专 业： 工业企业电气化 班 级： 工企电气091301 姓 名： 王红健 学 号： 093905130136 指导教师： 马建峰 职 称： 讲师 2012年6月 南京摘 要自动分拣系统是指能够识别物品属性并对物品进行分类传输的自动系统。自动分拣系统由传输供件同步导入装置、识别及控制系统、机械分拣机构及信息处理系统等组成。本文主要介绍在自动生产线上通过PLC控制为核心,MCGS组态软件为监控软件，变频器、传感器和电磁阀为电气元件，气缸和电动机为动力设备来实现物料的分拣，然后把物料运输到生产线上。设计目的就是为企业减少劳动力，增加生产速度，大大加大企业的经济效益。我使用功能分析法，文献研究法，观察法 ，来对这一项目进行研究。研究的结果证明了自动分拣系统可以根据企业生产线的各种需要对物料进行分拣，具有较大的经济和社会意义。关键词 PLC 变频器 物料分拣AbstractAutomatic sorting system is able to identify the item attributes and items for the automatic classification of transmission system. The design goal is for companies to reduce labor, increase production speed, and greatly increase the economic efficiency of enterprises. I use functional analysis, documentary research, observation, study of this project.
