潍坊温馨家园多层住宅设计 摘 要 本次设计为潍坊温馨家园多层住宅小区A座。主体5层，各层层高为3.0m，建筑总高度15.6m，总建筑面积3639.9。本设计结构体系为钢筋混凝土框架结构。 本设计主要分为三个部分: 第一部分为建筑设计，包括平面布局及平面功能分区、柱网的布置、立面造型、材料选择、建筑作法、细部构造等。并且建筑设计必须充分考虑采光通风，防火要求，安全疏散等问题。 第二部分为结构设计，这也是设计中最重要的部分，其中又分为结构设计说明和结构设计计算。主要内容为梁、柱、楼梯、基础的计算。设计时取一榀有代表性的横向框架进行计算，包括荷载计算、内力计算、内力组合、按照抗震设计原则进行梁柱配筋计算，并进行水平荷载下结构侧移验算、框架梁最大裂缝宽度验算及挠度验算。，取建筑的一部楼梯进行配筋计算，并设计柱下独立基础。最后做出相应的PKPM结构图。 本工程中，基础、柱、梁、板均为钢筋混凝土现浇构件，其中基础、柱、梁、板采用的混凝土强度等级为C30 。本设计采用Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级钢筋。 第三部分为施工组织设计，它包括施工方案的选择、质量、安全、季节、技术节约措施等。 关键词：建筑设计 结构设计 施工组织设计 抗震设计 Weifang Wenxinjiayuan multi-storey residential design district Abstract The project of my graduation design is weifang wenxinjiayuan.It is5 floors. The all height is 3.0 meters. Structure total height is 15.6 meters and surfarce area 3639.9 suquare meter. This building is a reinforced concrete framing structure. The whole process of my design is made of three stages： The first stage is architecture design, including the layout of plane according to the demand of the building, arrangement for columns, choosing building materials and so on. Also we must fully considere the design about lighting and ventication, fire prevention and safe scatteration. The second stage is structure design which is the most important part in this design. It is a large and complex project including design of beams,columns, base of building and so on. A typical lateral framework was selected to compute, which includes load, internal forces, the combination of internal forces and the configuration of steel bar placing, and then check the lateral displacement of structure, the beam’s largest crack width and deflection. Ribbed floor plate, a staircase and foundations were designed, too.We should make up a structure program PKPM to finish most of the arithmetic work and design our structure . To this building, columns, foundations, beams and the slabs are reinforced concrete members. All of the members are used to caste in place. The concrete strength is C30. The reinfo
