硕 士 学 位 论 文 沥青混凝土路面机械化施工管理 Asphalt pavement construction management mechanization A Dissertation Submitted for the Degree of Master  摘 要 在高速公路建设中，机械化施工发挥着越来越重要的作用，如何科学合理地管理好、组织好施工机械成为工程实践中需要解决的课题。 本文采用沥青混凝土路面机群施工配置原理分析与实例研究相结合的方法。以陕西凤翔路口至永寿高速公路为例，通过实地调研凤永高速公路建设情况，并运用现代施工机械设备管理理论进行分析。阐述了沥青混凝土路面施工机械选择方法，研究了可以提高工程质量的新的路面摊铺工艺和碾压施工方案；着重论述了沥青混凝土路面以搅拌机组为主导机群施工配置方法，并对具体施工案例做了计算说明；对施工机械设备的使用管理做了系统的研究；在施工机械租赁管理方面，论述了租赁制是实现施工项目机械设备优化配置、动态管理、独立核算的有效途径。 通过分析研究，得出以下结论：在沥青混凝土路面施工中，搅拌机、摊铺机和压路机的选择应以施工效率为主要依据，尽量使用系列产品。以运输道路的畅通性和最经济合理的运输距离来选择沥青搅拌站的位置。提出了“运转——摊铺”的沥青混合料新摊铺工艺。在沥青混凝土路面机群的施工配置方面，以沥青混合料的温度限制为特性，以沥青混合料为纽带，将沥青混合料搅拌站的最佳生产能力作为控制点，系统论述了运输车辆、沥青混合料摊铺机、初压压路机、复压压路机和终压压路机的合理优化配置，从而形成沥青混凝土路面机群施工系统。提出了定机、定人、定岗位责任制的“三定”管理制度。对施工中不常用机械、特殊机械和施工高峰期急缺机械设备可以租赁使用，这样能有效提高机械利用率，降低项目成本。 关键词：公路施工、设备管理、施工方案、设备配置 Abstract In the highway construction, the mechanized construction is playing the more and more vital role, how does the science reasonably manage the topic which, the organization good construction machinery becomes us to need to solve.
