中国劳动力参与率的现状及成因分析 摘 要 随着这几年我国经济社会的发展，我国劳动参与率有所下降，但总体劳动力参与率较高。这主要是由于我国处于计划经济向市场经济的转型期，经济发展水平还不够高，各方面的社会保障制度，医疗卫生制度，教育制度，福利制度等不完善造成的。同时，劳动者总体受教育程度不高，劳动者素质偏低，也造成了我国劳动力参与率与失业率均偏高的局面。本文通过对劳动力参与率这个衡量指标及其影响因素的介绍和分析，阐述现今我国劳动力参与率偏高的现状及分析其现象背后的成因，同时提出湿度降低劳动力参与率以缓解就业压力的建议及对策。 关键词：劳动力参与率，劳动力资源总量，成因，措施 China’s Labor Force Participation Rate and the Causes of the Current Situation Analysis ABSTRACT With the past few year China economic and social development, China’s labor force participation rate has declined, but the overall labor force participation rates are relatively high.
