N生产线项目可行性研究 The Feasibility Research on Project Management of N Production Lines 研 究 生： Post Graduate： 指导教师： Supervisor： 重庆工商管理硕士学院 Chongqing College of Master of Business Administration 二O一三年六月 June. 2013  摘 要 本文针对N公司重庆汽车发动机铝合金缸体生产线建设项目进行可行性研究。本文首先对项目业主公司和项目情况作阐述，其次分析项目组织机构和人力资源保障、SWOT分析，再次对项目市场和必要性进行分析，并对项目财务可行性进行综合分析，最后对节能措施、环境保护进行论证，得出最终可行性研究结论。 通过论证项目的组织结构、市场环境、经济效益等方面，可行性研究表明:本项目建设符合国家重点发展汽车行业的产业政策，并适应目前国家产业刺激和国内、外市场的需求状况，相关技术填补了国内空白，有助于促进我国汽车行业的技术创新和产业升级，该项目产品符合市场需求、符合重庆市有关产业政策要求。对于重庆市，特别是两江新区的汽车工业发展有较大的推动作用。对市、区两级的经济发展也有较大的促进作用。可研认为项目建设方案是合理而且可行。 关健词：N生产线，可行性研究，缸体材料   ABSTRACT In this paper, N Chongqing automotive aluminum alloy cylinder block of the engine production line construction project to conduct a feasibility study.
