!Abstract#As a new coo erate way, the co- construction library of the local government and universities should ay atten
tion to the service latform, management mechanism, fund guarantee mechanism and tighten su ervision. Pointed out the rela
tionshi s in the rocess of co- constructing library need to be well dealt with, such as the relationshi s between co- construction
libraries and local government, co- construction libraries and ublic libraries, readers and outside school readers, sharing rights
and infringement rights, to romote the co- construction library develo healthily.
