Th is p ap er p robe s in to financing cap acity of the governm en t, the ind ividuals and the society after calcu lating the financing amoun t for un iversal coverage health secu rity system w ith rough e stim ation m ethod, and then discu sse s the fea sib ility of differen t p lan s for sharing the financing among governm en t, individuals and society.
