摘 要 通过对风力发电原理与最大风能捕获机理分析，陈述了叶尖速比控制方法和总结出两种简单精确的在低于额定风速时的风轮转速控制方法，第一种方法是通过运用粗调、细调相结合的方法来控制转速，简单而有效地实现了系统的最大风能捕获。第二种方法是通过检测转速和输出功率来判断风力发电系统运行在风能曲线的那一侧，从而决定下一步转速的变化。 关键词: 转速控制；最大风能捕获；额定风速  Abstract By analyzing Principle of wind power and greatest wind energy capture ，summed up the two kinds of simple and accurate in below rated wind speed of wind speed control method.
