毕业设计（论文） 题 目：中小企业数控机床的选购与经济性分析学 院 机电工程学院 专 业 数控设备应用与维护 班 级 06数控3班 学 号 姓 名 指导教师 二〇〇九年五月二十七日 　中小企业数控机床的选购与经济性分析摘 要现代制造技术的发展，我国工业装备的技术水平,机床制造行业受益于国家振兴装备制造业的大环境，有了长足进展，这其中领先当今机械制造技术水平的数控机床产业更胜一筹。比较普通和数控两类机床的性能，数控机床具有加工复杂形面零件能力强、适应多种加工对象（柔性强）；加工质量、精度和加工效率高；适应CAD/CAM联网、适合制造加工信息集成管理；设备的利用率高、正常运行费用低等特点。对于企业来说，数控机床的拥有是企业的实力体现，最大限度地利用数控设备，对企业效益是十分有益中小型企业目前市面上的数控设备可谓琳琅满目，如何才能既经济又合理地选择到适合本企业的数控设备成为中小型企业十分关心的问题。部分中小企业在数控机床的选用方面存在着误区，本文从经济性等角度对数控机床的选购进行了全面分析。　　[关键词] 数控机床 数控系统 经济In recent years, with rapid and stable development of the national economy, Chinas machine tool manufacturing industries benefited from the country to revitalize the equipment manufacturing industry and environment, have been making considerable progress, which one of the leading machinery manufacturing technology level of todays CNC machine tool industry better. Industrial equipment, technical level of enterprises has a direct impact on economic efficiency, because of the high efficiency of CNC machine tools, processing quality, as more and more used by many enterprises. For enterprises, the owner of CNC machine tools is the embodiment of strength, to maximize the use of numerical control equipment, are very useful for enterprises.However, because of advanced CNC equipment, the complexity and rapid development, as well as the species model, the grade of the diversity, determined the choice of numerical control equipment, the complexity and difficulty. From a wide variety, which is very expensive to apply the product selection of equipment, small and medium enterprises become very concerned about the problem. However, some small and medium-sized enterprises in the selection there is a misunderstanding, this article from an economic point of view, such as the purchase of CNC machine tools to carry out a comprehensive analysis.
