摘 要 摘要：本次设计的华晋焦煤沙曲选煤厂，是一个年生产能力为1.0Mt的炼焦型选煤厂。遵循选煤厂有关规范、条例等国家各项方针政策。 产品要求精煤灰分小于9.25%，做为主焦煤，中煤就地代销，矸石外运。其中精煤水分不超过12%，硫分不超过0.5%。设计力求达到工艺先进，技术合理，工程量省，投资少的效果。 选煤工艺采用混合入选，50-0mm无压三产品重介旋流器分选，-0.5mm煤泥采用浮选的联合流程。 经过工艺流程计算、设备选型等，对主厂房和总平面进行布置。设备选型尽量考虑引进国外的处理能力大，效率高的设备。工艺布置充分考虑系统的灵活性，在满足工艺要求的前提下，简化生产环境，减少占地面积，在方便检修的前提下，尽量压缩主厂房建筑体积，采用洗水净化再生系统，实现洗水闭路循环。 同时，作出了该厂的技术经济分析。 关键词:工艺流程,重介质分选,技术经济,选煤厂设计 THE DESIGN OF 1.0 MT/A COKING COAL PREPARETION PLANT ABSTRACT Abstract: The thesis mainly states the course of primer designing on Shaqu coking coal preparation plant of Huajin Coking Group,whose capacity is 1.0M/t per year. The design followed the principles and policies relating to national norms, regulations, etc. The final clean coal requires the ash less than 9.25% ,that to be the main coal. coal is seld at the local place, Gangue is carried out. Water content of final clean coal requires less than 12%,Sulfur less than 0.5 %. The design aimed at using advanced technology, reasonable process,less quantities and investment. Preparation process use mixed feeding,0-50mm is treated by three-product HM cyclone on un-pressurized feeding,and -0.05mm flotation. By the calculation of procession and the equipments selection. arranges the main workshop and the total flat, Equipment selection as far as possible to consider importde large capacity and high efficiency equipments. Process arrangement fully consider the flexibility of the system,ensure to meet the technical requirements, Simplify the production environment, reduce the area, ensure the situation of convenient maintenance, Reduce the earthwork of main factory building, Purify rinse water to realise water recycled,make sure the water to be a cycle. At the same time ,analyze the coal preparation plant on technology and economy.
