From the point of view of teaching and learning, fully realizing of the learners, teaching and life role of the teachers, deeply comprehending the training orientation of state is more important than the method, research is more important than experience and the key is more important than the whole, and actively practicing the training strategy of key issues as the basis, Introspection and research as support and a happy life as pursuit”, which are not only the realistic proposition
