教育經營研究新取向-- 學校組織變革關鍵成功因素之個案研究 國立台南大學 教育經營管理研究所 博士班研究生 鄭明宗 中文摘要 本研究旨在探究個案學校組織變革關鍵成功因素,釐清個案學校關鍵成功因素之具體措施,以及了解個案學校未來管理、經營發展應優先改善提升的方向。 本研究以個案學校為研究對象,運用問卷調查、訪談進行資料蒐集。 根據研究資料分析結果,提出下列各項結論: 一、個案學校組織變革之關鍵成功因素主要為『校長領導特質』『校長能有效經營管理學校業務』『能重視維持及提升教師能力素質』不同背景變項對認知校園文化氣氛學生學習表現變革敏銳度課程設計與實施 A new approach to the study of education management -- A case study for the critical success factors of the school during organizational change Abstract The main purposes of this study is to investigate the critical success factors of case school during school organizational change, to find out the concrete measures of the critical success factors, and to construct the paramount improvable factors in the future. In this research, I take a combined high school as an example and adapt the questionnaire, and interview as the main methods to collect data. According to the data analyses, the findings of the study are summarized as follows: 1.The critical success factors of case school during school organizational change are on three items as follows :the principals special leading character, principal can effectively manage the school service and can maintain and promote the teachers ability and quality 2. The staff in different background have obviously different opinions on the cognition of the critical success factors for the case school during school organizational change. 3. The paramount improvable factors of case school are on four items as follows the campus culture atmosphere, the students’ performance in study , the sense of transformation ,and the curriculum design and the implementation, the study also collects the participants’ suggestions for the case school’s reference. According to the above conclusion, this research proposes some suggestions to the case school and all the other schools regarding the school organizational changes. Meanwhile this research also proposes some suggestions for the further studies. Keywords : school organizational change, critical success factors,
