准数学教师数学能力调查研究
摘要:新一轮的课程改革在全国范围内全面展开,对于数学教学,已经从教法到学法上完全摒弃了以往教学的模式,新课标对于教师的数学能力也提出了新的要求,特别是对于教师综合应用分析问题的能力以及数学建模能力的方面,也更加注重从量到质的飞跃,有了更高的要求。正是在这种形势下,作为未来数学教学主力军的师范生们,特别是准数学教师们,提高数学能力,已经成为适应当前数学教学新形势的迫切要求与期望。为此,我对本校大三两个班的师范生进行了一次数学能力的调查测试。通过本次调查测试卷发现:本校准数学教师的数学能力在一定程度上还很欠缺,尤其是对于提出、分析和解决数学问题的能力不足比较明显,也反映出当前师范类教育对于师范生数学能力的培养力度需要加强。

PROSPECTIVE MATHEMATICS TEACHERS MATHEMATICAL ABILITY RESEARCH

Abstract: a new round of curriculum reform in full swing across the country, in mathematics teaching, from teaching methods to the research method completely abandoned the traditional way of teaching mode, curriculum also puts forward new requirements to teachers mathematical ability, especially for the teachers comprehensive application ability of analyzing problems and mathematical modeling ability, also pay more attention to qualitative leap, from quantity to have higher requirements. It is in this situation, as the main force of the students are the future mathematics teaching, especially prospective mathematics teachers, improve math ability, has become the urgent request of the new situation to adapt to the current mathematics teaching and hopes. To this end, my two classes of junior school students conducted a survey mathematical ability tests. Through the survey test found that the calibration mathematics teachers mathematical ability to a certain extent, is still very lack, especially to put forward, analysis, and mathematical problem solving problems more outstanding, also reflects the current normal education to the cultivation of the students mathematical ability need to strengthen.

随着教育改革浪潮的掀起与进行,教师教育质量已经成为了教育领域关注与研究的核心问题。早在20世纪70年代,教师专业发展就日趋成为人们关注的焦点,并成为当代教育改革的中心议题之一。自此,教师专业素养问题成为世界教育界普遍关注的焦点。
