单螺杆食品挤出机设计毕业论文.doc

摘 要 针对设计要求，对单螺杆食品挤出机进行了设计。主要包括传动系统、挤出系统、加料系统、冷却和加热系统的设计。此单螺杆挤出机是通过电机将动力传给带轮，经减速传给螺杆，为了满足变速范围的要求，采用普通电机加变频器进行无级调速。为了便于安装和拆卸，机筒采用的是左右剖分式结构，分三段进行加热和冷却。通过电磁阀和传感器进行温度的控制和冷却水的进出，保证温度在所允许的范围内。 关键词：单螺杆；挤出机；剖分式 Abstract According to the design requirement, the single screw food extruder is designed.
