Abstract
Chinas rapid economic growth and huge developing potentiality has attracted world
wide attention. The main concern of foreign enterprises in China is not only taking
advantage of cheap labor in the production bases, but rather aimed at Chinas huge domestic
market, and actively promote the localization strategy. This is the key to success for South
