日产与雷诺的技术联盟研究.pdf

摘 要 在经济全球化成为当代世界经济发展趋势的情况下，企业为了寻求更广的市场，寻找更多优 秀的资源，满足更多的客户群体，追逐更高的利润空间，突破地区或者国家的界限，在全球范围 内进行产品生产、销售、服务等。特别在汽车行业中，各品牌间采取联盟的形式进行合作越来越 成为趋势。 日产与雷诺联盟过程中，生产技术的联盟以日产为主导，通过推进联盟企业技术本身平台的 标准化工作实现规模化效益以及成本的降低；通过导入模块化应用以及Q.D.C 管理加强联盟企业 的管理模式实现工作效率的加快、管理的不断完善以及质量的提高、成本的降低以及生产周期的 缩短。而当日产遇到同雷诺的设计、技术思想以及生产技术组织架构上存在差异的时候，在联盟 G.A.C、C.T.T 以及F.F.T 的协调下，生产技术组织也进一步推进联盟企业的相适应，发挥两家企 业的组织优势来加快联盟成功的步伐。 本文以日产与雷诺的联盟为例，通过实证分析、定性分析以及定量分析等方法，主要分析研 究技术本身、技术管理以及技术组织的特点以及成果角度，阐述汽车企业在对外合作过程中生产 技术的重要性，更加全面的推进国际化进程。 关键词：生产技术，联盟，日产汽车 I Abstract In the contemporary world of economic globalization, economic development trends in the enterprise in order to seek a wider market to find more good resources to meet more customer groups, the pursuit of higher profit margins, breaking the boundaries of regions or countries, within the global production, sales and service.
