要 班组是企业最基层的组织与作业单位，是“企业最有活力的细胞”。HD 公司面 临着企业发展的战略转型，为提高企业管理水平，实现企业可持续发展，公司提 出加强班组建设与管理活动的设想，进行了一系列有益的尝试，建立了班组建设 与管理 进机构、拟定了班组建设与管理内容、制定了考核标准和激励机制，取 得了初步的成效。文章分析了HD 公司班组建设与管理还存在的认识不足、机制不 完善、 进工作不全面、不深入等问题，并从明确工作思路，完善相关规章制度、 建立长效机制，丰富班组建设与管理模式，加强班组活动过程控制，建立健全班 组长选拔、培训和晋升机制等方面提出了建议。 关键词：班组 班组长 班组建设与管理 1 Abstract Teams are the most grass-roots organization and operating units, also are the most dynamic enterprises. Faced with enterprise development strategic transformation and to achieve sustainable development of enterprise and improve management level. HD corporation carried out the plan of team building and management activities, conducted a series of useful attempts, such as established the promote organization, work out the content, developed standards, strengthen assessment, improved incentive mechanisms and a range of work, and obtained preliminary results. The article analyzed characteristics and existing problems in team building and management of HD, and studied proposal of team building and management. First, changed state of lighting team management but weight team building, strengthen investment to team building; Second, improved relevant rules and regulations, perfect the mechanism of team building and management; Third, adapted to different types of team and further enriched the model of team building and management; Fourth, strengthen process control of team building and management; Fifth, established and improved the team leader election, training and promotion mechanisms.
