KFIND , KFIND , PEST SWOT KFIND KFIND KFIND I ABSTRACT This thesis is a case on the study on international marketing strategy of KFIND plastic CO., Ltd. It is composed of two parts: Case and Case Analysis. In the Case section, the author describes the history of Chinese PP woven bags exporting industry, and current market situation in domestic and abroad. Then it gives a complete introduction to the development background, business procedure, as well as international marketing actuality of KFIND plastic CO., Ltd. In the Case Analysis section, the author analyzes the internal and external environment of KFIND by using the PEST theory, Porters five force model, and SWOT integrated model, and points out the problems of KFIND in the market, competitor and consumer demand of the international marketing. To solve these problems, the author put forward international marketing mix strategy and suggestion, the strategy covers product, price, place, promotion. So, KFIND need to change to the market-driven strategy, adjust the structure of export products, and step into more markets.
