摘 要 摘 要 摘摘 要要 法学是一门实践性和技术性很强的社会科学。长久以来，在法学本科教育中， 体现法学教育实践性和技术性的实践性课程没有受到应有的重视，作为实践性教 学的新类型：数字化模拟法庭，在新一轮的课程改革中获得了前所未有的机遇。 目前国内高校法学专业数字化模拟法庭主要以建设为主，但笔者调查却发现，目 前国内数字化模拟法庭在建设和实际应用中存在很多问题，数字化模拟法庭的建 设应当是为教学服务的，因此，规范数字化模拟法庭建设并对数字化模拟法庭的 应用理论和实践研究，应当得到足够的重视。 本研究运用调查法、问卷法、文献法和个案分析法等研究方法，从实践性教 学的相关概念的研究、数字化模拟法庭的建设应用现状和笔者所在学校数字化模 拟法庭的建设和应用入手，设计了针对数字化模拟法庭应用和评价的学生、教师 问卷调查表，对此展开对数字化模拟法庭的应用研究。 本研究试图从笔者所在单位开展的数字化模拟法庭教学的实例出发，从教学 开展和课程评价中，找出目前数字化模拟法庭在实际教学中的问题，找出解决问 题的方法和途径，并在此基础上，进一步探讨高校数字化模拟法庭的建设思路和 应用机制，为同类院校的法学实践性教学及法学实验室特别是数字化模拟法庭的 建设提供参考和反战思路。 【关键词】实践性教学 数字化模拟法庭 建设 应用 I Abstract Lawisthepracticalandtechnicalstrongsocialscience． Foralong time, bachelor degree in education in the legal education, reflect practicalandtechnicalpracticalitycoursewithoutbeingdueattention, as a practical teaching of new type: digital simulation court, in the new curriculum reform obtain unprecedented opportunities． At present domestic university legal science specialized digital simulation court mainlyconstructionisgivenpriorityto,buttheauthorsurveyfoundthat at present domestic digital simulation court in construction and applicationofexistingproblems,theconstructionofdigitalsimulation courtshallisservesfortheteaching,therefore,regulatingthedigital simulation court construction and then the digital simulation court applied theory and practice research, ought to get enough attention． The study using investigation method, questionnaire, literature and case analysis and other methods, from practical teaching concepts of the research,theconstructionofdigitalsimulationcourtapplicationstatus and the writers school digital simulation court of construction and application,designindigitalsimulationcourtapplicationandappraisal ofthestudents,teachers,begintoadministeredquestionna
