毕业设计 年产10000吨浓缩橙汁工厂工艺设计 学 生： 学 号： 专 业： 班 级： 指导教师： 工艺设计 摘 要 本设计以浓缩橙汁工厂工艺设计为重点，又以车间工艺设计为主体，对辅助部门提出各种要求作为非工艺设计的依据。设计中分析了我国橙汁的现状、存在问题及发展前景。确定了橙汁的产品方案，全年生产4种产品。论证和选择了浓缩橙汁的生产工艺，完成了相关的物料计算，以及生产设备的选型和对水、电、汽用量的估算。对生产车间工艺布置中的建筑结构、采光、通风、卫生设施等做出设计并提出要求。在生产中引入了HACCP控制体系，以保证产品的质量，并绘制了工厂设计图纸4张。 关键词：橙汁，工厂设计，工艺设计，车间设计 Technological Design of Concentrated orange juice with an Annual Capacity of 10000 Tons ABSTRACT This project emphasises on designing the technical processes of concentration of orange juicy in factories. This design mainly focuses on technical processes in workshops and provides ancillary departments with data and requirement as the evidence for non-technical processes design. This project analyzes the current situation in China, existed problems as well as the prospective development. The production proposal, in which 4 products will be produced annually, is pointed out. In this project, these technical processes of orange juicy concentrating are demonstrated and selected, calculation about materials and facilities selection are done as well as the budget of energy. In addition, the deployment of workshops is designed and suggestions about workshop constructions, light, ventilation, hygiene facilities are proposed. HACCP quality-control system, by which receiving station of raw，labouratory are initially designed are primarily designed, is introduced to the production of orange juicy.
